What Autoxy collects
Last updated 8 October 2026. This policy covers the Autoxy website, the admin dashboard, and the Autoxy Chrome extension. The extension's single purpose is to rank posts from lists you choose on x.com and draft a reply that you review before you post it.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, organization, and role, so you can sign in.
- The X handle you connect, public profile fields, and follower counts you ask us to store, so the dashboard can show that account.
- Posts from lists you create, and posts on the x.com tab where the panel is open, so the extension can rank them and draft a reply.
- Draft text, images, and clips you generate, plus replies you publish and the view counts you ask us to track.
- Campaign settings and tone profiles built from public replies of handles you select.
- If you pay: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card numbers are collected by Stripe, not stored by Autoxy.
How it is stored and used
Extension preferences stay in Chrome local storage on your device. They are not synced through Google. Account data, lists, drafts, and stats are sent to Autoxy servers over HTTPS so the same workspace works in the dashboard and the extension.
We use that data only to run this workflow, keep the account secure, measure whether the feature is working, and bill a paid plan you start. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising, credit, or lending. People at Autoxy do not read your drafts except when you ask for support, when we investigate abuse, or when the law requires it.
Who else processes it
- X, because you post from your own x.com session.
- OpenRouter, to generate a draft from the post and the voice you selected. Their policy is at https://openrouter.ai/privacy.
- Stripe, when you start a paid plan. Their policy is at https://stripe.com/privacy.
- Google Chrome, to install and run the extension on your device.
How long we keep it
Generated images and clips are deleted after 48 hours. Campaign frames you upload stay until you remove them. Account, list, and campaign data stay until you delete them or close the workspace. Email hello@autoxy.app to ask for access or deletion.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and the date above, and we will say so in the extension before the new practice starts. Questions: hello@autoxy.app.
